Today was Allan’s Bootcamp meeting session. I love being able to meet with people and dive deeper. It is always a joy to learn more with brothers and sisters.
I also was able to spend more quality time in discussion with a sister, and I feel so blessed to have been able to have that time with her…two days in a row! I also had a particularly good conversation with a brother. As I grow older I find that I actually like talking with people more and more. There is something about words and speaking with people that makes some things make more sense, and just makes days and hours more enjoyable.
I’m starting to see the opening door this summer. I was honestly so sure that this summer was going to be the end of many things and that I was going to end up with not a lot of openings and instead with dead-end days and relationships. However, I’m starting to see that A. rest is good. Rest is very good, and B. I can actually make deeper friendships this way. It is crazy to me to see how God is working in the things I’m doing and giving me opportunities to allow me to grow more in my walk and trust in him. I’m truly blessed to be where I am today!
