HOLY SMOKES ITS AUGUST
Today I dressed up as Taylor Swift for the girls (and partially for me). It was actually pretty fun to sing her songs all day and wear audacious red lipstick at camp. I think the fact that I have “Taylor Swift” hair made it even better.
On my break today I went to Mischler’s (tiny family owned restaurant in town) with some friends. It was a rather nice way to spend my last break. However, once I got back, my mood steadily dropped until it was horrible. I was ready to be done. I felt kind of bad, but by the time I made it to the end of campfire when we did s’mores I was feeling better. The pick up may have been related to the fact that I had to use an entire chocolate bar as my graham crackers due to lack of said graham crackers.
Kids go home tomorrow, and I was asked today to stay next week as well. I’m pretty sure my mom will say no, so I’m not super worried about it. I think they’ll find someone else by tomorrow and won’t need me.
